We are not going to tell you what your number means. Cut points that
sort people into “crisis” or “thriving” only mean something once
they come from a real sample, and ours do not yet. Publishing them anyway would be putting
a label on your relationship that we cannot stand behind.
What the number is good for: comparing it to itself.
Take this again in a month and the direction of travel is real information. And the
order of the domains above — lowest first — tells you where to
start, today, without needing any cut point at all.
Until it is validated and normed, the NRSI is a self-help
